Collecting boat trip friday 30th of December 2011
Well the forecast was for a sunny day with 10-15kn SE winds - Hmmmmm..... weather ......
So 2 boats left with 7 club members off to one of our spots, a fun trip out and back was had by all -
- Well done to Liquidg and Straddie Boy for arranging the day, great effort, Thanks boys !
We arrived at the destination to find 2mtrs of vis unfortunately, with the hope of it clearing - unfortunately it only did slightly so it made things tuff - still everyone stayed with it and had some fun.
One boat left after a few hours due to conditions deteriorating (good plan in hindsight) - the other relocated to another nearby location to find improved vis (slightly) and fossick around to see what we could find - A fun day was had with a few new additions for the aquariums....
