hi guys once again i need your help i am looking at reeftorch led lights does anyone have these and what are they like as i only want to grow a few soft coral like mushrooms the light that iam looking at is the reef torch nano its a 30 watt 25000k can you help me figer if it would be alright to put on my 2 foot deep tank Rolling Eyes

Can you tell us what are the optics for the diodes, what is the wattage per diode in this fitting?

Any info will get a correct idea as to what they will do.

I haven’t used these, but it’s easy to work out what they will do with the specs for it.

Or a link to its specs. cheers

hi all they have on the add is Light Housing DIMS: 6” L x 4” W x 1” H Super Small footprint
Light Output: 2500 Lumen LED
Color spectrum Kelvin: 22000K Blue/Daylight

LED Chip: 3 x10w High Density Edistar multi-chip
Power: 30 Watt High Power LED's
but they have a web site called reeftorch.com

dude those look like commercial grade spot beam led fixtures reading the discription they would easily do ur 2 foot depth at 4-6 inches above water level they do a spread of 3 foot by 3 foot
with a 150 degree optic.
so if ur tank was 6 ft long u would only need 2 lol.
not sure if they can be dimmed or if they have color mixtures etc.

what are ur tank dimensions?

maybe slightly over kill. as id be little bit worried about burning any corals near the top with 90 degree optics
