These are behind Moreton Island and the tidal current seriously affects all of them.
The Bulwa car bodies and drop offs are one hundred yards due south from the main road entrance to Bulwa township and you just walk in off the beach and the car bodies start at around 40 feet of water, then you keep heading west for 80 feet or so and the first drop off is approximately 60 feet deep, then 80 feet deep and one more after that.
From the wrecks on the beach at Bulwa, the pines is coffee rock reef a few hundred yards along starting in 15 feet of water in front of the creek run off in to the bay.
The curtain artificial reef a few kilometres south along the beach that is shown by two white markers on the beach to line up the wrecks in and it comprises of ship wrecks to 80 feet and the inner part of this area is of car bodies and logs that are much closer to the beach.
