Estima parts here in Auz, regular maintenance on the car and rear seat removal.

This is the rear seat; the mid seat/seats are the same but with a small semi square plastic caps over the bolt head to undo.


Use a smooth knife, not screw diver, to open plastic seem.


Exposed bolt to undo, 4 for each seat.


Cable ends, there is one each end!


Twist end and out it comes.


Seat off track




Track can be taken all the way to the front and locked in place or left at the rear like i have, mine has been sitting around for two years so the metal needs a little lube. The track should be protected, as there is a lever on it!

Jack car up
Remove rear wheel
You will see little circle rubber grommet.
Remove it.
Spin hub until you see a little gear.
Flick up to loosen
Flick down to tighten.
How tight? Until you can spin the hub about quarter to half turn on its own.
Any tighter. On highway you'll get heat high point vibration
