Eat low GI carbs near and after diving days.
Plenty of fluids with no sugar in it before and after dives.
No booze near to those days and keep blood sugar low to give you energy, high blood sugar kills energy.
Do something with diving like photos or what ever, so you look forward to that action while diving.
The physical strain on you with breathing under water is astronomicly hard on you, using your lungs/chest mucles under pressure is very tiring!
The mental fatique from the wrong gases compared to on land impacts greatly on you.
Free dive a lot, so scuba is easy.
