Anyone see today tonight?

There was a weight loss thing about not eating wheat.

Being a diabetic I know that wheat is detrimental to us,it has a high GI rating.

High glysemic index foods are converted to blood sugars very quickly and that blood sugar unused goes into the fat cells and they expand their communities, you get fat!!

Corn, wheat, poatoes, non-basmati rice and anything made with these are the biggest weight gainers for us.

That is because they are to trusted, far to trusted!!! Shocked
