Had a surf yesterday.
I Got there just after 6am and the conditions were really good.
This spot on the sunshine coast had 4 to 8 feet faces on my second fav left hand reef break from a 1 to 1.4 meter swell and the weather couldn’t have been better.
Old woman island would have been absolute perfection, oh well!
Fog on the way.
Sunrise.
The waves

Re: Had a surf yesterday.
It was awesome mate, but I nearly didn’t get there.
I went to go down our back stairs, there was a heavy dew on them and slipped on the stairs and thought I had broken my leg, ouch!!
I laid there for 5 mins or so hoping I wouldn’t have to call out to my other half, luckily it was just soft tissue damage and after a while of lying there I limped to the car and headed off.
The wet suit and the cold water actually helped heaps, becuase it hurt like hell all the way to the coast, that was my accelerator knee and foot that I fell onto.
I badly twisted my ankle and the loud pop from my knee scared the hell out of me, both knee and ankle are all puffed up but getting better and I had a really good surf.
The waves were so fast I could hear my skegs; I haven’t heard that for years.
