moving house

hi every one
im moving house soon and was wanting any suggestions on what to do with my fish. The problem is that i have to be out of my house on the 16th of november but cant move into my new house until possibly the end of nov start of december! I am in the process of trying to move my settlement date but won't know for a while. I am in the Redlands area.....
1 tank is fish only with live rock. the other is still in the process of being setup before i decided to move and only has culerpa in the sump. This tank i will be looking for some assistance with when i move.
