How to keep an octopus in your Aquarium!
Its actually just common sense!
They need to “suction” to something in order to climb!
They can not "suction" to the soft fluffy part of Velcro or fake grass or nylon carpet or anything that will not rot that their suckers can not attach to!
For me it’s a strip of fluffy Velcro, the female part of it to glue around my tub above the water line, or tank for others to just below the rim or top edge all the way around and on pipes or anything their suckers can attach to.
It is then impossible for them to attach and climb out!!!!
Also if their arms are 2 inches long roughly, the Velcro or astro or carpet has to be at least that wide so they can not reach above it when the are attachéd below it reaching up!
Its very simple, they cant hook around or over or attach so they cant climb out!!!
