Raby Bay Moreton bay polluters!

Some folks would call this the act of human bags of rubbish?
I went for a paddle at raby bay today, being 26-03-2020.
It’s a well to do area, very expensive canal blocks, so you would think most there would have a few bucks!
On the second last groin, here is some ones garden waste on the groin ready for a high tide to take it off, so it ends up on the beaches or in the bay ready to damage a boat and cause a life threatening situation for folks in boats!!
So from this, what do we have? possibly a well off resident essentially chucking their rubbish in the ocean then to make it worse, this is the Redlands council area, our rubbish tips/recycling centres are free and one is open around 8 minutes up the road!
Like i typed, some would label this the an act of human bags of rubbish!!!!
