You need to be always aware that the mesh used for nets in estauries in Q has to have no smaller holes then 25 mil streched.
You can make a net with an old mop or broom handle and cut to size with a hacksaw.
You need to shape the end of the timber to fit into the marine grade stainless tube you will cut to suit.
These I use an angle grinder first to make the started slots and finish with the drill bit of the same diameter as the stainless.
This is the hole for the ninety degree bend in the stainless you will see further along.
These pics of the easiest way to bend the stainless.
This is the locking stainless to keep the net together.
This is how the stainless should sit in the net handle.
Cut a section of the stainless for the locking part of it.
Always file off the stainless after cutting it, inside and out.
This net rim is roughly 500 mill across.
Optional screw hold
optional handle
netting
plastic protector edge
Finished net
This net is roughly 250 mil across and made from 4 mil stainless to allow changing its shape to fit into varied spots.
catch bags
Small bag
In wrapper
cut bag
paper for silicon gluing
glue it
stiched cord in bag
plyers on piece of pen
pull tie
large bag
cord
conduit pull tie
heat and use plyers
knot and pull tie
melt knot
finished bag
