tanks ??

hi everyone dose anyone here have a shark or ray tank ?? and what kind of rays do you guys collect ? also do i have to pay to go collecting with yous ?? thanks rick

It’s perfectly legal to collect rays, the blue spots and bull rays are still reasonably small at the moment.

Our club president Danny and myself were swimming with 40 to 60 of them just two months back in 6 feet of water.

I sat my finger on one tiny blue spot in the sand and as it swam along and it didn’t try and shake off my finger as it swam along, that was so cool.

They were on average the size of an adult’s hand back then.

They hide in the shallows being a food chain species aspecially at that small size and there are more crabs in the shallows.

Just look around the bay side as the tide starts to come back in from a small low tide and there are heaps all over the place.

They come in for the crabs.

ok and how would i become a member ?? dose it matter where i take one from or size ?

It doesn’t matter what size of stingray you collect!

Just remember only 5 things per 28 days in a marine park.
