Protein skimmers Empty Protein skimmers

Hi, can you give some advise on protein skimmers to suit 200 ltr tank
looking at a Tunze 9002 nano/Aqua One G 224 not sure if you know models, mainly interested in makes, or can you recommend something else. Thanks

Mate i would go with a Deltec MCX300 for my small tank,for under 300 litres,i like the look and specs on them.

I didn’t get one as I was thinking of doing if the need arose,I havent used a skimmer in over 15 years,I use a natural waste management system,big and it is ugly at this stage behind the tank,but it does all life better than the ocean,sought of.

The ones I used to make and use were always venturi after the wood stone types,the needle wheel by the sounds of things breaks the bubbles down much better.

The little deltec has the needle wheel and ultra compact,I would go there if I needed one for a small system.

Maybe some one else here has a skimmer idea for you.
