skimmers Empty skimmers

i no some people dont use them but can u use multiple skimmers in a sump under the tank.

There is no problem with having multiple skimmers, I use-to-use two in a line back when I used skimmers.
A commercial collector I worked with for a time ran just skimmers, a dry section and live rock, the corals loved it, and you can’t have many fish that way though.

Lots of dosing this way, skimmers take out what you put in the water for the algae clades to extract for the coral needs.
Corals don’t produce much of anything for them selves; the algae with in their cells ,like slave labour uses the corals waste.

The algae convert the waste via photosynthesis into valuable elements, especilay glucose and extracts from the water, calcium and all the corals needs for its structure.

The acro and other hard corals, the actual creature is a white anemone that has learnt how to use algae to live a different life style for its colour and make and maintain an external skeletal mass.
Just make sure you understand what a skimmer does and how it does it!
