Leandrites cyrtorhynchus, the best cleaner shrimp for your reef aquarium!

The leandrites has to be one of my favourite marine invertebrates and a real advantage to your marine fish. Unlike the red line lysmata, these shrimp harm nothing what so ever!
As far as I can tell when any get to a certain size they are either both sexes like the lysmata species or turn female. Whichever way it goes, that shrimp that had no eggs at a smallish size, then from that certain size, now has them! On its own or not, eggs fertilised or not just like a chook, they just keep making them.
