Sun coral

A peace of sun coral I have that is normally open all day apart from a few hours in the middle of the day hadn't been open for a couple of days. When I had a closers look it appeared to be tiny sun corals growing on top of the original peace. The next day they were gone and new 'babys' looked to be growing out of another of the sun coral polyps.
Having a look around and there 24 new little polyps attached all over my tank that I can see. I have done this in my previous tank but this is the first for my current tank.
