Lawnmower/rock skipper blenny's blade-like crest on dorsal part of head.
These two pics show the blade folded over, no real antennae and semi dull colouration to show this one is a juvenile male.
This has to be done to not aggravate the dominant male in the community that can be from 5 to 50 individual blennies.
A full grown make with blade and antennae.
