Porcupine fishes dorsal spikes.
This is the Diodon Holocanthus.
A part from the powerful mouth on these guys, that can bite through your thumb, the front spikes are a potent deterrent!
They can either extend multiples or just two, not the fingers as in up yours, but just two nasty spikes to deter any for of predators.
don't hold them out of the water, that can harm them!!!
