Demolishing your old home in the Redlands or anywhere around Brisbane.

We began our build with our new home with a local builder in the Redlands on Brisbane's bay side in December 2020 that quoted us around 33k to tear down our old home ready for the block to be built on!
This seemed pricey, so we looked around and it was over priced, the builder was putting on 10k for himself, so we found several earth moving companies that would do it for just over 20k.
The best that did it all including sewerage capped, water disconnected, a certifier engaged and all documents for council done, was able.

The demolition was by Able earth moving and it cost 23k.
