I have a lovely crop of red and brown algae, trying to work out why!!! these are my readings
salinity 1.026
temp 25-26.5c
ph 8.35-8.4
kh 12
cal 550ppm
disolved oxygen 6.5
orp 300
nitrate 11
phosphate 0

I know the calcium is high and have turned my reactor down to compensate, could this cause a problem?
The D/O is lower than it was prev 7-7.5
Anyone have any thoughts?
