Strong current at wave break island in the Gold Coast Seaway.
This current shown in this video is always at this site when the tide is still raging, once it settles, its a great safe dive site, usually!
In this current one diver has died in recent years and just behind me as I video, not many years back, a young woman scuba diver died here as well.
All dive sites have their risks, but with care and the correct teaching and advice and never panic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, its a fun site.
