phosphates removal/control
Hiya all,
As promised the phosphate remover i got from the local pool shop is called Starver, made by Lo-Chlor, the ingrediants are 133g/l Lanthanum glycolate hexahydrate.
L.ike i said reef safe and have never had a phosphate problem since i used it Once. best part 500mls per 50, 000 leters, so 1 bottle will do your tank many times if required

Hi new guy!
Shane hasn't said exactly what pool shop he uses, that i can rmember, but some of the guys have tried it already and seem happy with it.
It does the same as what is avaiable from the aquarium shops, just a lot cheaper.
If you want to contact him,do so, or i will get the name of the shop off him for you,its up to you.

Re: phosphates removal/control
By the way, How do I go about the meetings, I am new to this forum
How is the deal with the membership etc
I already emailed the contact person listed on the website but was just referred back to the website and to this forum
Can you let me know who I need to contact next
By the way would like to catch up and take few drops of that phosphate treatment to test in my tank. My current tank is just a 2ft cube, I suppose 1.5 ml will do me.....
Cheers
Thanks
Andres
